Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement (the "Agreement") enters into force between members who use the services offered on the anzerbalevi.com website (the "Site") and the operator of the Site, Anzer Balevi (the "Seller"), upon completion of the membership registration. By registering on the Site, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted the terms of this Agreement.

1. Parties

Member: Any natural or legal person who creates a membership account by registering on the Site.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement sets out the conditions under which the Member benefits from the services offered on the Site and the rights and obligations of the parties. Each purchase made through the Site is additionally subject to the Distance Sales Agreement and the Preliminary Information Form.

3. Membership Conditions

• The information provided during registration must be accurate, current and complete; the Member is responsible for keeping it up to date.
• Members must be at least 18 years old.
• The security of the username and password is the Member's responsibility; all transactions carried out through the account are deemed to have been performed by the Member.
• If the password is suspected to have been compromised, the Seller must be notified immediately.

4. Obligations of the Member

The Member agrees to use the Site in accordance with the law, good morals and this Agreement, not to engage in actions that would disrupt the operation of the Site or violate the rights of other users, and not to use third-party information without authorisation. In case of misuse, the Seller reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership without prior notice.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Seller

The Seller may modify, improve or discontinue the services and content offered on the Site at any time. Utmost care is taken regarding the accuracy of product images and descriptions; inaccuracies arising from technical failures or obvious material errors are not binding on the Seller. The Seller exercises due care in the preparation and delivery of orders.

6. Orders, Payment and Delivery

Payments for orders placed on the Site are processed with SSL encryption and 3D Secure infrastructure; credit card details are not stored in the Seller's systems. Delivery times, shipping costs and current campaign conditions are stated at the checkout step and on the relevant pages. The Distance Sales Agreement applies to each purchase.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

The Member has the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery in accordance with distance sales legislation. However, pursuant to the legislation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for perishable goods or goods that may expire, or for food products whose packaging, tape or seal has been opened for health and hygiene reasons (including honey and bee products). 8. Protection of Personal Data

Personal data processed during membership and shopping is protected under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. For details, please see the PDPL Information Notice, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy pages.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights to the trademarks, logos, designs, texts, images and other content on the Site belong to the Seller or its licensors; they may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Amendments

The Seller may update this Agreement provided that it does not conflict with the legislation. The current text enters into force on the date of its publication on the Site; significant changes are announced through appropriate means.

11. Termination

The Member may terminate the membership at any time by closing the account. The Seller may suspend or terminate the membership in case of breach of the Agreement. Termination does not extinguish accrued rights and obligations.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Member's place of residence are competent for disputes, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
